Hey there! Thanks for supporting my small business and handmade creations. I am truly grateful for you , your support and keeping small business thriving. Here’s the scoop on how returns and refunds work:

Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of receiving your item.

• Items must be returned in their original, joyful condition — unworn, undamaged, and ready for a new home.
• If a return is accepted, a 30% non-negotiable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Jewelry that has been worn, damaged, altered, or returned after several weeks is not eligible for return.

Why Would You Return This Gorgeous Piece?!

I totally get it—things happen! Here’s when I can help:

• You need clip-on earrings instead of posts.
• The size isn’t quite right.
• You received the wrong piece.

Need a quick resize or adjustment? Email me at monarchcreate@gmail.com to discuss the details and timeline. Handmade adjustments take care and time, especially for custom creations.

Looking for a swap? No problem! Include your name, return address, and contact info with the package so I can send the updated piece back to you of like or similar value (reach out if I have any questions). The swap has to be something in stock ,to swamp it out with. 

How to Return Your Jewelry

The Refund Rundown

• Refunds will be processed once I receive and inspect your item to confirm it’s in resellable condition.
• You’ll receive your refund within 7 business days of the item’s arrival, straight to your original payment method.

Custom Orders & Sale Items

• Custom Orders: These one-of-a-kind treasures,  super special jewelry made just for you, so they’re non-refundable. Deposits on custom work are also non-refundable due to the time, materials, and passion invested.
• Sale or Coupon Items: These are final sale and can’t be returned or refunded.
